Preet Sidhu Design

By engaging Preet Sidhu Designs’ services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by below Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Work

1.1 Preet Sidhu Designs (“Freelancer”) agrees to provide all the services mentioned on the website.

1.2 The client (“Client”) agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.

Payment Terms

2.1 The Client agrees to pay Preet Sidhu Designs the quoted/agreed price for the project.

2.2 Payment shall be made using EFT Bank Transfer and it is recommended to mention the invoice number in reference.

2.3 A deposit of 60% is required before the commencement of the project. The remaining balance shall be paid upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverables created by Preet Sidhu Designs.

3.2 Preet Sidhu Designs retains the right to showcase the completed work in their portfolio and marketing materials.

Revisions and Changes

4.1 The agreed-upon fee includes 2* rounds of revisions. *only applicable to some services and not all

4.2 Any additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed-upon limit will be subject to additional charges at the rate of $35 per Hour.

Timelines and Deadlines

5.1 Both parties agree to adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline and deliverable deadlines.

5.2 Delays caused by the Client, including late feedback or failure to provide necessary materials, may result in a revision of the project timeline.

Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the project.

6.2 Preet Sidhu Designs is granted permission by the Client to use the Client’s name and project description for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

7.2 In the event of termination, the Client shall pay Preet Sidhu Designs for the work completed up until the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the dispute.

Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Preet Sidhu Designs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the final deliverables.

9.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Preet Sidhu Designs harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Client’s use of the deliverables.

Governing Law

10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2 Any legal actions or proceedings arising from this agreement shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Preet Sidhu Designs and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
